Ryan Paradiso
Founder and CEO
Ryan Paradiso is a digital commerce leader with more than 25 years of experience helping distribution and B2B organizations modernize how they sell, integrate, and grow. He previously held senior product engineering leadership roles at W.W. Grainger, where he led customer information and B2B integration initiatives supporting platforms responsible for over $1.5 billion in sales across North America. Today, Ryan partners directly with small and mid-sized businesses to bring that same enterprise-level thinking—without the enterprise-level complexity. He works hands-on with business owners and leadership teams to clarify digital strategy, prioritize investments, and implement practical solutions that drive measurable results. His focus is simple: build connected digital ecosystems that reduce friction, improve visibility, and turn online activity into sustainable customer growth. By aligning people, processes, and platforms, Ryan helps growing companies move forward with confidence, turning digital investments into sustainable customer growth.
